    Extra material for “just in case” situations. Calculation applies only to wear layer, not underlayment estimates. 5% is our standard in estimations but 15% is generally used if installing over playground pellets.

    Aromatic – used primarily in indoor installations or playground underlayment. Resin is NOT UV stable and will amble when exposed to sunlight PRO UV – aliphatic resin that will not amber when exposed to sunlight. Commonly used on pool decks, patios, or outdoor settings PRO UV CR – aliphatic resin that will not amber when exposed to sunlight and is chlorine resistant. Commonly used on splash pads or where rubber will be frequently exposed to chlorinated water or even submersed

    How is waste allowance applied?

    The current form applies the selected waste allowance to the wear-layer calculation, not the underlayment estimate. Follow the displayed project guidance and verify the allowance before ordering.

    Can I calculate a custom color blend?

    Yes. Enter the selected colors and their percentages. The total must equal 100%.

    Does selecting a fall height guarantee playground compliance?

    No. The selection supports material estimation. The project still requires an appropriate documented surface system, correct installation and any required testing.
